Retired civil engineer Ed Alley will discuss the impacts of agriculture and landowner activity on our Central Florida land and water.
Key topics to be addressed are: cattle, mining, timber, surface water discharge, bio-solids, conservation easements and EPA permitting. Mr Alley has over 27 years experience and has worked with water management districts, FDEP, Army Corps and the EPA.
Social time is at 6:30 pm. Program begins at 7:00 pm.
